What's Your Favorite Exercise

Everyone has one exercise that they always love to do, and look forward to as an important part to their exercise program. So I wanted to know what is your favorite exercise, and why?

To start the discussion, mine is the Push-Up. If it were possible to maintain full health by just doing push-ups, I would! Even though it is one of the simplest and most basic exercises, it continues to be an exercise that makes you feel good, and can impress others by the type and amount of push-ups you can do. Remember the last time you watched someone do one handed push-ups? Pretty impressive right? And yet is such a basic exercise, that's why I love push-ups!
