Stress. This is an everyday emotion for the average person. Stress can escalate through finances, work, family or relationships. It is good to control stress before it gets out of hand and you do or say something you might regret in the future. Managing stress can be easy. The first thing to think about when stress occurs is what is causing the stress. Keeping a stress journal and writing down each stressor helps identify, the cause of stress, how you felt physically and emotionally, how you acted and what you did to relieve the stress.
