Foods that Fight Depression

There’s a popular children’s song that contains the following lyrics: Beans, beans, the musical fruit, The more you eat, the more you toot. Yes, for some people it’s true, beans cause a bit of discomfort and maybe some embarrassment. On the flip side, beans, along with many other foods, can be linked to improvements in one’s mood on a daily basis. From brown rice, to nuts, to fish and yes, even dark chocolate, there are a plethora of foods that have a positive impact on a person’s mood.
