Jan integrates her diverse nursing experience working in a trauma center and as a case manager with her years of studying health and nutrition into developing best practices that assist her clients with achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
After caring for patients in their 40’s and 50’s who had suffered the devastating effects of heart attacks, strokes and diabetes, often related to weight and/or stress, she decided to help people take control of their health by learning to manage weight and stress.
Jan provides one-on-one coaching, group programs, tele-classes and a health newsletter.
